Measurement technology company ViGem has extended its CCA 9010 series of data loggers with the launch of its CCA 9010-50BE test bench system. It has been designed to enable the validation of ECUs and vehicle networks supporting ADAS, OTA functions, and autonomous driving.

The new model records raw data from high-resolution cameras, radar, and Lidar sensors as well as automotive standard buses and Ethernet at continuous data rates of up to 10 Gbit/s.

For applications in laboratories, test benches and production environments, the CCA 9010-50BE comes with a 100-240 V AC power connection and uses a RAID array of standard U.2 NVMe SSDs as storage medium.

It can also be used for testing ECU software during development or in HiL set-ups, and it comes with features such as programmable triggering, pre-labeling and gPTP synchronised timestamps. The software supports the latest ASAM measurement adapter comms standard, CMP.

The CCA 9010-50BE is compatible with various capture modules used in the automotive industry. With up to 40 interfaces, it can form the core of a distributed logging system.
