IRP Systems unveils next generation EV controller and AI suite for software defined mobility

(IRP Systems)
The EVVER Hi Dynamic controller operates in the 250 to 400 volt range, delivering power outputs from 20 to 100 kilowatts. It supports a wide variety of motor types including permanent magnet synchronous, brushless DC, radial and axial flux, and magnet less motors. Built to meet ISO26262 ASIL C safety standards and rated IP67 for protection against dust and water, the controller is designed for robust, reliable performance across diverse electric vehicle platforms.
The TrueDRIVE AI Suite helps OEMs transition from hardware defined to software centric vehicle platforms. Powered by AI, the suite enables fast simulation, validation, and optimization of the entire powertrain. It includes predictive diagnostics and generative analysis accessible through a natural language interface. This reduces development times and engineering costs while maintaining system security.
Together, the hardware and software provide a modular, scalable platform that enhances vehicle efficiency, flexibility, and the overall driving experience. IRP’s EVVER Dynamic Series offers complementary support for lower voltage applications from 12 to 96 volts with power outputs ranging from 1 to 25 kilowatts, ideal for motorcycles, three wheelers, and urban micro mobility vehicles. This series also features IP67 sealing and ASIL compliance, ensuring performance in demanding environments.
With engineering centres in Israel, India, and Spain, IRP Systems focuses on integrated e powertrain solutions that accelerate OEM time to market and future proof platforms through advanced hardware and intelligent software innovation at the forefront of electrification technology.
