Cenex Expo 2025: Engineering the Future of Net Zero and CAM
On 3–4 September, UTAC Millbrook will once again host Cenex Expo, the UK’s flagship engineering showcase for technologies driving Net Zero and Connected Automated Mobility (CAM).
For engineers and technical decision-makers, the event is a deep dive into the realities of design, integration, and deployment. Across six seminar theatres, more than 200 expert speakers will cover everything from hydrogen fuel cell HGV drivetrains and cross-sector technology transfer, to AI-driven software development, resilient supply chain design, and the next generation of EV charging systems.
Charging innovation will be a particular highlight, with dedicated sessions on:
• High-power solutions for heavy-duty trucks and commercial fleets.
• Vehicle-to-Everything (V2X) integration for grid flexibility.
• Accessible and equitable charging infrastructure, from cross-pavement cabling to kerbside deployments.
These sit alongside technical briefings on transferring drive system designs between automotive, agricultural, and construction sectors; adapting aerospace materials to marine and defence; and applying safety engineering to emerging fuel vectors and connected systems.
Live demonstrations will feature autonomous airside logistics vehicles, high-power charging rigs, and advanced hydrogen powertrains.
Robert Evans, CEO of Cenex, says:
“Cenex Expo is where pioneering R&D meets the commercial realities of manufacturing, integration and deployment – it’s about accelerating the engineering that will make Net Zero and CAM viable at scale.”
With over 150 exhibitors, 40 technical sessions, and thousands of engineers and innovators expected, Cenex Expo 2025 remains the UK’s essential meeting point for those designing the next generation of mobility systems.
